The UCC Sixth Form Induction day will take place on Wednesday 02 July.
Please head straight to the sixth form common room as soon as you get into school. Year 12 are out on work experience, so you will have the place to yourselves.
The day starts with an assembly at 8:55am in the lecture theatre, and we will be finished in time for the buses at the end of the day at 3:25pm.
Following assembly, the majority of the day will be spent in taster lessons for the courses you have chosen. When not in lessons, you will be given an induction to our Directed Study Periods in the sixth form study room.
The dress code is to wear something you feel comfortable and confident in.
Please bring a notepad and pen, and you will be given information on the bridging summer projects between Year 11 and Year 12.
You can make purchases at the school canteen for lunch and break. Alternatively, you will be able to go off site at break and lunchtime, or bring a packed lunch with you.
