Demonstrating the true meaning of the school’s core value of Caring, the families, students, and staff of UCC have come together to support local community members during the festive season. Through various festive initiatives, the school community successfully raised thousands of pounds for charity.
In addition to financial fundraising, the school organized a massive collection drive, gathering vital winter supplies and donations for the Salvation Army. This outreach ensures that local families facing hardship receive essential practical support during the cold winter months. Headteacher Mr. Gilby thanked the community for their immense generosity, reminding everyone to look out for their neighbors over the winter holiday.
Our key aim is to develop an aspirational culture and to encourage all of our students to challenge themselves, naturally in the academic curriculum but also in every other sphere of a truly extensive enrichment programme
