Many happy returns go to the Ullswater Community College Combined Cadet Force (CCF) and Uniformed Protective Services (UPS) units, which have officially celebrated their 1st birthday. Over the past 12 months, the cadet program has grown into a cornerstone of leadership development at the college.
From weekend training camps at Halton to regional drill exercises, the cadets have consistently demonstrated discipline, resilience, and impeccable teamwork. The school extends its gratitude to the staff instructors whose dedication has made the first year of the contingent such a resounding, transformative success.
Our key aim is to develop an aspirational culture and to encourage all of our students to challenge themselves, naturally in the academic curriculum but also in every other sphere of a truly extensive enrichment programme
