In-Year Admissions
Parents who are looking to transfer children who are already in Years 7-11 at another school need to contact us directly rather than the council.
Step 1: Complete and return an application form, which can be found here.
Step 2: Our admissions team will assess if there is a space and notify you.
Step 3: If appropriate they will arrange a tour and liaise with you about next steps.

Any parent not offered a place has a right of appeal to an Independent Appeal Panel. The panel would be entirely independent of the Governing Body. Any parent wishing to appeal should submit their appeal, within 20 days of the place being refused, to the Clerk of the Governing Body clerk@ullswatercc.co.uk and this will be passed on to the Independent Appeal Panel. Appeals must be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged, and appellants will be given at least 10 school days’ notice of their appeal hearing.
