It is important that you come to school properly equipped for work in the classroom. All students should have a good bag to protect their exercise and textbooks from damage whilst they are being carried around and in wet weather. Other essential items are:
- pens; black, blue and red
- HB pencils
- protractor
- ruler
- rubber
- pencil sharpener
- glue stick
- pocket dictionary and thesaurus
- calculator
- coloured pencils
A USB stick is also useful. Correction fluid and felt-tip pens are not allowed in school.
All students will require a calculator for use in mathematics and other lessons. A basic calculator is adequate for the first three years but we recommend a scientific calculator from Year 10. Any other specific equipment requirements will be made by individual departments.
