We also offer enrichment opportunities such as Work experience & Voluntary Work, Visits and Trips (UK and abroad), Paired Reading, Community Sports Leaders Award & Higher Sports Leaders Award, Young Enterprise Award, Gold Crest Award – Engineering, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Drama & Music Productions, and 1st Team Sports.
At UCC we also have a dedicated Sixth Form Centre, which acts as a base for quiet study and socialising. We also encourage students to make use of the Library which is open all day and after-school for private study. As students in the Sixth Form, you are treated as independent young adults and are therefore encouraged to take charge of your learning, within a support framework provided by a superb team of tutors and support staff.
