Dear Parent/Carer
Given the current situation, it is with great regret that we have decided to cancel the Y10 work experience. The administrative process of organising this in the coming weeks will not be possible as it relies upon close interaction between the school, students, parents, and employers to ensure that all the required risk assessments and insurance are organised.
We strongly value the importance of work-based experience for our students and this has been a valuable part of the provision at UCC for over 20 years. We are keen to look at opportunities in the future to support students in completing independent work experience and we will start to look at this upon our return.
