Dear Parent/Carer
I am writing to share with you details about an exciting project UCC has been working on in partnership with the North East and North Cumbria’s Child Health and Wellbeing Network and their Children and Young People’s Transformation Programme.
The project will be to establish an integrated health hub based at UCC which brings together health services from other partners such as the NHS, local authorities and other voluntary sector organisations.
To make sure we meet the needs of children and young people, and their families in our community, we are seeking the views of parents and carers and of our students. This feedback will help us to make sure we bring the right services together to provide the support which is seen to be most needed.
With this in mind, we would be grateful if you could complete the Parental Engagement questionnaire linked here. Please also encourage your child to complete the Student Engagement questionnaire too, this has been sent to their school email address. All responses will be kept confidential and are anonymous.
