Dear Parent/Carer
I am writing to invite you to the Year 7 “Virtual Parents’ Evening”. This will be held over three afternoons to give you some flexibility with the date and time of the appointment; Tuesday 27 April – Thursday 29 April 2021.
The Parents Evening System is a simple way for you to make appointments and meet with teachers via video-conferencing which is accessible through web-browsers on computers, smart phones and tablets; https://ullswatercc.schoolcloud.co.uk/.
Teachers will mark their availability, approximately 25 appointments, within the three days of the event, between 4pm – 6pm each day. Each teacher will have at least 1hour available between 5pm and 6pm on one of the three days. Each appointment will be 5 minutes long, with the video call being on a timer and ending promptly after 5 minutes with each tutor.
Appointments will be made online, using the instructions linked here, and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Bookings open at 7.00am on Thursday 22 April 2021.
Appointments must be made before 3.00pm Tuesday 27 April 2021 and we would encourage you to make your appointments as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
